AIR OPERATED PUMP M100/P70-E and M100/P70-E-S

The M100/P70-E model is equipped with a very sturdy reciprocating pneumatic motor with a very precise and reliable mechanical reversing air distribution system.
Pump delivery can be varied with considerable precision by adjusting the air supply with the needle valve.
This model is suitable for medium-high viscosity products when flow rates of up to 1300 Kg/h or high delivery heads are required. It can be fitted with filters for chemical products, since the pressure can even reach approx. 12 bar (180 psi).
The pump can be divided into two parts this means that it has the pumping piston P70-E which can be easily detached for cleaning; with a clean spare piston, its downtime in production is reduced to just a few minutes.
The pump can also be supplied with short stem S (short).

Construction is mainly in stainless steel with parts in bronze and seals in high quality virgin PTFE. The top part of the motor casing is in special aluminium and partly in stainless steel.
The part in contact with the product can be made entirely from stainless steel suitable for food and cosmetic use.
